It's pretty clear they don't even test Warthunder in VR before each patch, which doesn't bode well for a title that is VR based. VR was hacked in to Dagor and subsequently forgotten about.
Gaijin, why not a spend a couple of dev days fixing VR issues in the game I'm spending money on before releasing something new??
Я не понимаю почему вы не цените свой же труд.
i was very sad to see that it would be only PSVR2
Really happy to see it come to PCVR too
Because the engine War Thunder uses cannot support VR adequately, meaning to make VR work better they'd have to rebuild the entire game in a new engine from scratch.
This right here. I'm glad to see they aren't going to waste more time trying to shoe-bill in a system that the engine wasn't designed for. I love Warthunder in VR. I hope a dedicated sim will do well in the general community, especially since you wont need HOTAS in this one.
Once I discovered IL-2 Sturmovik: Great Battles after playing WT for a year, I was so relieved to never to Chore Thunder again!!
