Demo Feedback
Artstyle is gorgeous. Keep it up. This feedback is plenty critical but I wouldn't bother if I thought your game was crap. Honestly, it's pretty good. The little goose guy in the tutorial is awesome.

CAPS for EMPHASIS.

* I need to be able to see my CURRENT BUILDINGS while choosing BUILDING REWARDS. The UI already has reward buildings above the build-pane. I just need to be able to hover over them now.

* Once I've built a building, seeing its resource cost is useless. Especially annoying for military-buildings, since I'm ONLY EVER hovering over them to see the resources needed to make their units. Resource requirements for units are all I want to see.

* It's weird that Fireworks are placed outside of town. For safety I guess.

* The useless buildings in town bug me. My gaze can land on them but they do nothing.

* Having to have a hospital to heal sucks tbh. A slow heal while in the Garrison would go a long way.

* Speaking of the Garrison, I'm not a fan of the toggle for Spawn-In-Garrison/Spawn-On-Battlefield. The text is ambiguous (the image is not). I would prefer text like "Units are being spawned on the Battlefield. Click to Change." And vice-versa, "Units are being spawned in the Garrison." Again, the image is clear enough; it's just the text

* Having to click into the MANAGE menu for combat/trade options interrupts game flow. A hotkey might help.

* Piggy-backing on the previous criticism, I really like the simplicity of the quick-Trade menu. Clicking to enable or disable resource trading is intuitive already. The UI of making "green-lit" items backlit WORKS for me. Having the same information twice in slightly different ways should probably be consolidated.

* Using the DEMOLISH button in the tutorial would be good. It's a mission critical button, so as a player I should BE FORCED to use it before moving on.

* Also, DEMOLISH should be CLOSE to the Buildings Pane(right now it's by the spells lol). The BOTTOM LEFT of the screen has open real-estate - I suggest moving it there.

* And a DEMOLISH hotkey.

* And a clearer, more different DEMOLISH cursor.

* Getting the 5-tile Gaze upgrade threw me for a second but the Right-Click was so intuitive I figured it out myself. Good job there.

* A clearer INDICATOR that a building is under GAZE but not producing anything would be nice. Key Buildings: Markets out of sellables + Military buildings at capacity.

Can you buy at the market? probably be good if you could

Make it so you can sell buildings you are not going to use in your current run.

maybe a spike strips or pitfall spell

no arrow towers? or people shooting from tops of the walls?

add a spell that turns a group of enemies into chickens, chickens and tits sell everything on earth

maybe make a unit that mesmerizes enemies and makes them fight for you

Games fun, you did a good job just as it is. Any thing else is a bonus
I like those UI/information comments. Another big one is a button to garrison all, just like they have a button to send out all.
