Yea but you can just monitor a different tile and the red bar goes away so you can completely negate the lowered production.
A king who can push, or pull on a full row of tiles.
A king who has way reduced placement costs so you are expected to delete and replace your buildings instead of moving them.
Larger army king.
King that has the two troops that spawn every wave.
I imagine some king might also be able to use the "default" city structures too somehow.
