I found this comprehensive book in both PDF and EPUB. It looks really useful. I am not sure it is still under copy right or not. (I think the PDF is much better.)

I have a hardback copy of this, it's an excellent book and features pretty much every asset to be found in this games WW2 campaigns.

With a game like this, where attention to detail, historical accuracy and realism are all core elements, this book is very helpful and interesting. Knowing more about the tools at your disposal definitely helps with decision making and for me at least, seemed to bring the game even more to life.
