Tourists
I don't know how im not figuring this out but i have two of the tourists watching the street band. I have the one from the Gumbo Stand and the one from the cannon kid. How did i get the one at the statue kids and the gator guy

There's only 3 people you gotta drag over there... keep squeeking the Clown horn against people and make sure you double check everyone outside.
