Deluxe Edition will have the DLC included or not? Why replace the Deluxe Edition with the Complete Edition?

Please release another patch to completely remove Denuvo Anti-Tamper as well as Ubisoft Connect.

Doesn't this kinda screw over people who bought the Deluxe edition when they are now losing out on things from the Complete? Or will the Complete edition be relatively cheaper for those who already own the Deluxe?
