I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with one of the quests.
Can you please confirm if you are you experiencing an issue finishing the quest or unlocking an achievement related to it? Could you also confirm the name of the quest.
If the issue is with completing the quest could you also provide a video demonstrating this.
Complete the prophecy fresco
Hey there,
I very much appreciate the video you provided. From the video, I can see, that the Prophecy wall is unrelated to the Jars. There are a total of 30 Jars in different locations. (you can even finish the jars side quest when the wall is not complete like I have and make sure you have the side quest "Prophecy of Mount Qaf completed")
Can you confirm to me whether have you have collected all the 30 jars?
As you can see in the video, I collected absolutely every jug in the game. I can even read the entire text of the prophecy, but the wall is not fully built (the top left is missing a piece). So the game doesn't close the quest, and that's why I can't get the remaining achievements.
Thanks for your explanation.
Have you tried to research if anything else is needed in order to complete the quest?
Make sure you checked a walkthrough guides just for this particular quest. Maybe you have missed something.
Also, try verifying the game files, it's a long shot but sometimes helps if a quest is stuck.
You must fix this
I understand that you spent some time researching this quest.
Have you seen this video? Can you confirm you found all that this player is talking about?

I'm asking because we haven't seen such reports yet. I will check the link you provided, of course.
I just wanted to make sure you didn't miss anything in the second link I shared, just as a point of reference.
We can raise this with the game team, but I would need more information from you.
Is your current Steam account the one you have linked with your Ubisoft account?
When did you start playing the game, especially the problematic mission?
Yes, this account is tied to mine Ubisoft Connect account. I started playing The Lost Crown from the day of release on steam. I went through the quest as I found the jugs, and only collected the rest of them after completing the entire story.
Once we have received more information on it, we will let you know here on this thread.
appreciate your patience here.
While the team is investigating this issue, in order to assist them with that, would you upload your save to the Ubisoft cloud? You can do this by following the information we have in the article here:
https://www.ubisoft.com/help?article=000106388
Once you have uploaded your save, please let us know, so I can forward the confirmation over to the team. ^^
