Unable to Access the DLC

I haven't been able to access the DLC since downloading it on the 17th. I had 2 old save files that had completed the main game, and Neith is not showing up in the Haven. I also started a fresh game, and completed the Tiger and the Rat quest and she still isn't showing up. Verified my game files, and everything looks to be good. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, same problem here. I had a 98% save or so, and the Neith isn't where it's supposed to be. I play on PC and on the Deck (Steam version) and it doesn't appear in any of them. I can upload the save if need. Here you have my Savefile if needed:

Having the same issue since launch day. Playing on a 100% save. Tried everything OP tried and even installed the game on my PC instead of my steam deck. Still can’t access the DLC. I think I’ve tried everything I could at this point.

Wrote to Ubi support back on tuesday and I have *still* not received any reply.

So, after a week, Ubisoft support replied with a “how to access DLC” stock answer basically lifted from their website FAQ. Didn’t take a second to read my actual ticket (with pictures!)

If this doesn’t resolve soon and I still can’t play it, I want a refund on it. Yeah it’s 5$ but it’s by principle. I just want someone who’s not a chatGPT drone willing to look into the issue for 5 minutes. Clearly I’m not the only one experiencing this issue.

I (I mean we) would really appreciate some help on this issue

Did you happen to play on Ubisoft Connect originally? I ended up playing on Ubisoft+ back when the game was released. I wonder if it's something to do with that?

I did played on Ubisoft+ on release, and the bought it in Steam.

I also played it on Ubisoft Plus originally and bought it on Steam later.

Me too! Played it through Ubi connect in January and just bought it on Steam.
