Can’t start DLC

Bought the DLC on steam deck. It’s properly installed but I can’t see it once I’m in game.

I have a 100% save file that was ready for the DLC, do I need a new save file? I’ve rebooted the game, verified file integrity, I’m not seeing any new quest giver in the haven.

Anybody else had this issue ?

Edit: also tried to reboot the steam deck too, no dice :_(
Edit 2: reinstalled the game both on SD and on a separate PC. Tried another save game that is not 100%. Same issue

This is very frustrating

Where are you looking for it? It should be in the haven starting with the Spear lady at the tree.

I am checking in the Haven next to the tree. I know where she is supposed to spawn but she isnt there.

My current game version is:
1.4.0+DLC1.419776.2940269

Starting to think that my saves are the issue. I might try to set everything on the easiest and rush through to see if she appears once the prerequisites are met. Cause right now, my 100% save and another one at the final boss both don’t work.

I'm having the same issue. DLC quest will not show up. I finished the main game. This is dumb

you have to be advanced in story line you cannot play it at as new save game.

Like I said in my original post, both my saves are clears. One of them being 100% complete. So game progression is not the issue here unfortunately :(

I opened a ticket with Ubisoft support, as soon as I get an answer, I will relay to you whatever solution they provided.

I have the same issue, there is no quest giver in Haven.

As I said in my original post, i've done this. Reinstalled the game on both the deck and another PC.

There's not much to capture that would help. The NPC just doesn't appear even with all the prerequisites. The expansion is purchased and installed as indicated in the DLC tab in the game's properties.

I have now tried to rush the game with all accessibility options maxed out to reach the point where it should unlock and it STILL does not appear. Maybe it's just not detected on the ubi connect side of things? I don't know... I'm still waiting for their support department to come back to me.

I think i got a problem too. My game just crashes when i load my save file. Best we can do is wait for ubisoft to patch things out

If on PC, maybe check if your Ubisoft Connect is updated before running the game. Not sure about Steam deck if it has that.

I'm having the same issue. I absolutely cleared the prerequisites, I have the correct game version installed. Neith is just not there by the tree in The Haven. I'm also going to open a support ticket, but very curious to hear if you find a solution in the meantime.
