Bugged achievements 'Air Dancer' and 'Shock Trooper'

I just finished 100%ing the game, and am working on achievement cleanup. These two achievements didn't unlock during my playthrough, and still didn't unlock after farming enemies well past the achievement requisite.

I also tried starting a new game and getting the achievements on that file, but that didn't work either.

'Shock Trooper' was bugged for me, too. Starting a new game and farming the kills worked, though.

Update: 'Air Dancer' is still unobtainable for me, but 'Shock Trooper' finally unlocked after reinstalling the game.

Unsuccessful troubleshooting attempts for 'Air Dancer':
- Attempt on my 113% complete save file
- Attempt on a new save file (5 times across all 3 save slots)
- Attempt after the prologue (in case the achievement flag doesn't work until the main game starts)
- Delete all save files (except the cloud one) and try again on a new save file
- Uninstall/reinstall the game
- Log out of Ubisoft Connect and try again on a new save file
- Uninstall/reinstall Ubisoft Connect and try again on a new save file

It seems like every solution posted online is just a lucky coincidence. I was hoping the DLC update would include bug fixes, but I suppose not. Some online research would suggest that this is a common bug on PlayStation as well.
