Steam won't check off two of my achievements

I've completed the entire game, did all the side quests, and collected (I think) all of the soma petals, but steam still says that I still need to unlock Complete All Side Quest and Collect all Soma Petals. I'm pretty sure this is a glitch, does anyone have a suggestion on how to activate these achievements. I just want steam to acknowledge that I %100 this game.

Have you done "The Impossible Climb" side-quest?
And about the soma petals, have you finished the prophecy mural?
