Kiana the Forest Queen

I've encountered a road block in this game. I can't say this boss is too difficult, but whenever I get hit from her thriplet spear downward thrust during the second phase, sometimes Kiana regains all of her HP. At that point I might as well reset the boss fight. Is this supposed to happen? Is this a glitch? It just makes a challenging boss fight into a cheap one. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I happened to beat this boss, but this was so strange the boss regained all its health whenever she did the three clone downward spear slam.

Can't believe this was never fixed, had to beat her today making for sure i didnt risk it any time where she could do the triple spear attack as it made her regain all the hp if she hitted me. I have seen bugs relating to going out of bonds or regaining hp from her since the release of the game : /
