Same question me too... What do I do? Do I wait for the release on Steam or do I get the game on the Apple Store? I wouldn't want it to come out here like Lies of P.

The price on the app store was 39.90 until yesterday, now it has dropped to 19.90 (same price as steam) and I found this sudden drop in price strange

Hello guys,

Thank you for your question.

Prince of Persia The Lost Crown on Mac is available only on Apple Mac App store and only on supported hardware determined by the Mac App store system.

Ok, thanks, just bought the game on the appstore.

Question: Does the game also contain DLC in its Mac version?

That's very lame. Please add Mac support on Steam. The Mac App store is a crappy store experience.

I understand the current answer, but are there future plans to release the Mac version on Steam/GOG/Epic? Ubisoft (among many other developers) often drop support for games on the AppStore, while maintaining updates on Steam (or other platforms). I understand that exclusivity deals exist, but I can't justify buying it on the AppStore (as much as I may want to).

Please make the Mac version compatible with Intel Macs and release it on Steam too.

I have a feeling the Intel version might run via crossover...
Unfortunately it's hard to justify purchases on the MAS. No wishlist, no cross platform (apart from iOS, though that doesn't matter as this isn't on iPhone. AC mirage is...but that's conversely not on the mac, truly baffling)

You can use the AppRaven app on iOS as a wishlist for the Mac App Store, it's very good.
