Nationality is synonimous with Ethnicity and Race.
So I ask again, Is a fish hatched in a stable considered a horse?
A fish is a fish. An animal can be wild or a pet. You can have a wild fish or a pet fish. Both are possible.
A black person is a black person.
A Persian is a Persian
You can be a black Persian or a black whatever.
You cannot be fully Persian and be a black person. It is physically/genetically impossible.
Half black, maybe. But he would never be fully Persian.
But a black man living in Persia during this time of history was debunked in previous comments and is frankly ridiculous. There were no blacks in Persia during the Sassanian period. So it's still silly that the main character is black.
If I have a son in Japan with a wife who is of the same Nationality as me, my son is not Japanese, his genetics would be from me and his Nationality would still be the Nation/People that I come from because it's tied to Genetics, not where you're born.
A Black Bear born on the North Pole is not a Polar Bear.
This is basic logic, it's so clear that a child could understand it, yet you struggle, probably because of indoctrination and ignorant poor education. I blame your school system for misinforming you on genetics and nationality.
You son could change nationality. I have no idea if he could get Japanese papers but he could. Colour of skin means practically nothing. Culture is not genetics.
Your RACE.... Is dependant..... On DNA.......
The root word..... For Nationality..... Is the Greek word.... *ETNOS*
*ETNOS* means..... PEOPLE/RACE......
You cannot change your nationality... You literally cannot change your DNA...
You are literally choosing to ignore scientific fact in order to have your fictional reality. This is what we call "delusion".
Genetics also define waaaay more than just skincolor. I am going to assume that you never went to school at all at this point.
You can be an American (nationality) of Japanese origin (ethnicity). It's your upbringing language and culture that defines nationality.
Assume what you want - we're all just random people on the internet arguing about meaningless things.
Game still is good.
There is no time period in this game, it's a mish mash of 700 years of history put into 1 time period in this game, and taking liberties with some people in history.
The Kushan and city of Persopolis never existed at the same time, they are separated by 700 years. The queen in this game is based on Thomyris who fought against Cyrus and Darius, Darius being king of Persia 700 years before the Kushans. Darius in the game also created Persopolis just like in real life.
Immortals were also foot soldiers in the Achaemenid Empire
So we have these markers in the game
Achaemenid Empire :
Darius
Persopolis
Immortals
Thomyris
Sassanian period, 500 years after Achaemenid:
Kushans
So we got one single thing out of place in this game compared to everything else in the game.
During the Achaemenid empire, the empire did stretch into Africa including parts where black people literally lived.
So yes, using the time periods in this game that make up the majority of the time period used in the game black people can very much exist in the Persian empire.
So you are wrong in saying it was debunked it was not at all, not even close.
By the way, you people would have had a huge hissy fit over the use of black people in the 2 TV series Hercules and Xena from the mid 1990s. For example Helen of Troy was played by an African American.
This is not Achamenid Persia....
People here need to read up on history and geography.
Except they didn't make any Persian race character in the game black.
