Survival mode?
Just wondering what survival mode is? I got the achievement for all cubs surviving to adulthood, but not the one for them all surviving to adulthood in "survival mode." I'm not sure what the difference is, I don't see an option anywhere.

Thanks in advance!! <3

These are the things that happen in Survival Mode: 1. Prey moves from place to place, depending on season or how long you have been in one area 2. Prey is harder to catch 3. In the Tundra, your cubs can't jump on plateaus, unless they're "teens" 4. You regenerate energy slower 5. Using your scent ability costs energy |

All that happens when you turn on Survival Mode.

To activate it, i'm pretty sure you have to click settings, then to gameplay options, then switch on survivial mode. Your changes won't have effect on an already existing game, for it to work you need to change the settings on the main menu rather then in-game and start as a new lynx mother (doesn't matter if lynx is from family tree or is default Inna) to play survival mode.

For your cubs to reach the safety of the plateus in the tundra, you have to pick them up, jump onto the plateu and set them down one by one. This makes visiting the place very risky if your cubs are still young.

Also, there is no longer automatic stalking, you need to manually press ctrl to stalk prey. Usually I use survival mode simply for this reason, it always annoyed me when I was in a hurry and the auto-stalk took place whenever I was close to prey.
Actually you don't need to start as a New Lynx. When I first started up Survival Mode I just turned it on, went into the game and boom it took effect right away
