Bug battery

Hello everyone, in this game I am stuck in the second level of the first chapter, where in practice I have to find 3 batteries to enable the elevator, and I find 2 but the third is not in any place, could be a bug in the game? someone has had the same problem my if you have solved it, I do not know through some patches? thank you

I had all kinds of bugs in that level, or the game in general. Perhaps the battery disappeared when you placed it ? ( that happened to me )

exactly the same and the same thing to me, I asked for the refund of this game as it is unusable

Yeah, the bad news and worse news is the batteries not counting. Just went through the situation where the elavator is asking me for 1 or two batteries, depending on what part of the box I'm looking at.

This happened to me repeatedly. It's crucial when placing the battery to carefully select an empty slot with the cursor; otherwise, the game will place batteries in the same slot and prevent the objective from being complete.

Idk if i was wrong or not, I passed the second lvl of the Mines at level 10, but now after the latest update, I played this map once more to earn more upgrade points then I have the same issue with @Daniele81. In particular details, the batteries slots (which are in red color) show both "Find 2 more batteries" and "Find 3 more batteries" depends on at where my cursor is. After retrieved and placed in both batteries that we only can find in that level of the mine, the batteries slot show "Find 1 more battery".
