Launch Crash - i can't start the game.

I bought the game but i cannot launch it, a crash message appear istantly after launching the game.
I am using windows 11. I tried to change all possible pc settings but the game doesn't work.
I hope someone anwer me o i will ask a refound.

That's ridicules, even device drivers are compatible between Win 10 and Win 11.
Win 11 doesn't even have compatibility mode for Win 10, because both operating system are so similar. Microsoft even lets you activate either one with same product key.

I can run Anno 2070 from 2011 just fine on Windows 11.

Game needs patch, Ubisoft really dropped a ball on this one. They're on level of Paradox's incompetence now.

Same issue here - played for 100's or hours, but a couple months ago it started crashing at start up and hasn't worked since. I believe the issue occurred when updated windows 11! Would love to see this game playable again.

hola,
This game is not compatible with windows 11. Read on spec ( windows 10 x64 ).
The game has been developped in 2019 but sale in 2024 without patch.
Actually refund option is a better solution.
I have contacted Stephan (communication service) Ubi Dusseldorf and i wainting
