Startup problem

When I try to start The Settlers New Allies, when it loads, nothing happens, the screen goes black.

Is there anyone who has the same problem as me?

For those who don't have more than i guess 3 hours gaming time - refund via steam is possible - i guess.

the same for me, game just bought, steam should be more attentive with the games in the store. i'll ask for refund.

Any News on this yet? ive spent a whole night trying various things. seems to be ubisofts gamelauncher to me. i bought the game with friends to play and cant even launch it.

Yep, same for me too...not been able to play it for a couple of weeks or so...NO update or fix as yet....Rubbish!!!!

Guys, on another forum, uninstalling the security update (sorry forgot which one) fixes it

A Lot of us having same problem. I havent been able to play the game for 2-3 weeks....No patch released as yet so guess we have to wait. Would be nice if we got an official response from them as all they have said so far is uninstall a Windows update, which i kinda dont want to do, those updates are important!

The game won't launch. I've verified the integrity of the game files and they are fine. Please either fix the issue or refund my purchase.

Kupiłem bo było na promocji, jak typowy polaczek. W sumie nie ważne czy zapłaciłem za produkt 60 złotych czy 200. Nawet nie odpaliłem gry. To jest parodia brać pieniądze za coś co nie działa. Pozdrowienia dla Ubisoft.
