WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM UBISOFT?
The whole world is talking about your game not opening and you're doing nothing?
Are you mentally retarded? You incompetents?
You're promoting a game that won't open.

Guys, report it to Steam.

hi search with windows 11 v 24h2 ( KB5050094 ), you can find a solution but uninstall windows 11 v24h2 is not a good solution for one game.

I've already requested a refund. There's no point in maneuvering to play a game that even the company that developed it doesn't care about making it work.
Besides, I'm not having problems with games, it's THAT game. I think what they're saying about Ubisoft is true. It's a shame, these guys used to be very good, but they let politics destroy art.

I confirm that this 2024 game does not support Windows 11 v24h2 of the kb5050094 update.
Ubisoft Düsseldorf studio must not be satisfied with just Windows 10, especially since they largely predicted Windows 11 would officially arrive on September 24, 2024.

As a customer, if I see a Ubisoft Düsseldorf game, I will no longer have the same approach seeing that they cannot make their games run at least for Windows 11.

The most unbelievable thing is that the game is on PROMOTION! It's like a joke.

Ubisoft Düsseldorf should get help from other devs, it must be possible but they need knowledge but also funds to continue to correct this, after that they are not obliged as I say the game sheet mentions windows 10, but I agree with you I paid the price and it is noted game released in 2024, how can we think that it is worked on windows 10, well they started at that time and their game operating mechanics date from windows 10, this explains for windows 11, at that time the release date 2024 distorts the client who thinks that the game is recent.

What bothers me here is the support response, which is aware of the reason but asks for dxdiag msinfo32 files and a whole bunch of questions and tutorials. In fact, many customers can't play it. It would have been more honest to say it's not your fault or ours, but since the game was programmed in the Windows 10 era and released in 2024 in the Windows 11 era, we don't currently have the skills to do that.
That's clearer, and I would have understood.

Compatibility from Windows 10 to 11 was done in a very organic way by Microsoft, so much so that there is no “Compatibility Mode for Windows 10” from Windows 11 onwards, as this is not necessary. You'll only find compatibility mode for Windows prior to 8.
The drivers for Windows 10 and 11 are practically identical, the big difference being the deepening on the WUP, which this game doesn't even fit into.
What's more... this isn't a general problem, it's a problem with this game, all my other games, including much older ones, are working normally.
The problem is Ubisoft. No excuses.

This game, originally planned for 2019, was delayed several times before being released as The Settlers: New Allies in 2023.

What bothers me is that the release date 2024 does not correspond to the Windows 2024 system but 2019.
