I don't think they use CDKEYS anymore.

You need to link your Ubisoft account to Steam first.
It's required for all Ubisoft games sold on Steam.

Same problem. And, no, I just tried that and I AM linked. It is still asking for an activation key.

Hi guys, so i was having the same problem. My solution was to unlink my steam account from ubisoft. Then launch the game from steam, and it asked me to link the game to ubisoft. I am in now
