Cheeseburger without cheese

A customer in the game ordered a cheeseburger without cheese along with a normal burger. Now every time I gave her a cheeseburger without cheese, it is considered as a normal burger, resulting her order unable to finish. Is that a bug?

had the same thing but remaking the burger solved it for me. After that never had the issue again. maybe you did something wrong?

Remaking the burger didn't fix my situation, but even if I did something wrong I wouldn't know it anymore.

We have tested many times a situation where a customer has a cheeseburger without cheese and a burger with cheese in the same order and the system understands what you are giving away. We will retest this again.

I just had a similar problem, an order was registered as Galaxy Burger instead of Big Galaxy Burger. This is the first and only time the registration has failed me anyway.
Is there a better place to submit bugs like a discord or something?

But why would you even do this? In reality, in restaurants and fast foods, when you say such stupidity like: "I would have a cheeseburger without cheese." the counterman would say: "So you want a hambruger? It's a cheeseburger, but without cheese." and enter hamburger order in the system. But in game? Where algorithms and conditions decide these actions? That's like a game developer deliberately adding a condition that might turn out differently every time, even though he knows it's completely unnecessary and he'd rather not put it in because it might break the game. If there's one thing I absolutely hate in games, it's absurdity... o.o

Please don't forget in this case, in what order you use the ingredients. The cheese and ketchup are in a different order when you make a regular burger with cheese compared to a cheeseburger.
Burger w/cheese: Patty -> Ketchup -> Cheese
Cheeseburger: Patty -> Cheese -> Ketchup

I put in the right order and it just doesnt register as cheeseburger. Had to restart the day. It just didnt work out.
