Bug with conveyor belt?

Hello.. this has now been multiple times for me that the conveyor belt that we put the burger onto after doing the order just quits working? The number/order number on the red card is not visible and the belt will not move the burger along. This results in my inability to provide the customer with their order.

Am I missing something or doing something wrong? Is this a known bug or..??

This has happened a few times for me, but it was because I hadn't finished dialog with the customer. I tried to turn in the order but forgot fries as an example, and I rush down to cook the fries but didn't finish the dialog. Just talk to the customer if it happens again and make sure they aren't mid conversation.

This can also happen if you press the shortcut for stove while zoomed out a little bit. This simultaneously presses the give order button and opens a dialogue window that you need to sort out before you can add the items.
