Bug: custom cosmic burger not recognized

I had a customer who requested a cosmic burger, no red onion, no mayo, add ketchup....which is actually a cheeseburger with toasted buns. I made it exactly as stated multiple times, but it would only recognize it as a cheeseburger, even though it was made perfectly. The customer got mad there was no cosmic burger, soooo I made a cosmic burger without the custom and of course the customer got super mad and demanded to see management and demanded their money back. Really?

How are we supposed to proceed when this type of thing happens? Will other custom burgers that make actual burgers have the same issue?

I feel like it should first look to see if the way I made it matches what the customer ordered before deciding it's a cheeseburger because it matches a cheeseburger ingredients so I can't actually complete the order without making someone angry.
