Depth is currently supported by a very small team, while the majority of the company is working on a lot of other wonderful and fabulous things (that we sadly can't talk about). As a result, adding a new shark, map or similar would take a lot of resources and time. This isn't to say we don't want to add them or can't, but right now it's best to produce content that works and fits in at least. A new weapon, shark and similar requires a lot of time balancing, perfecting and adding into the game - then making sure it causes no bugs. Plus some players aren't happy when you add in new things and we can break the balance of the game significantly, which would take a long time to fix frustrating players even more.
It's not something I want to rule out, because we definitely want to, but it's not going to be very soon. On the other hand, we are doing some things on the back part of the game, that aren't really that visible to improve performance, stability and make the servers work better (hopefully). This also takes a lot of time and effort, but sadly it's not inherently visible to players actually playing the game (because ideally, it just continues the game actually working).
I will look into that and see if there is an issue. We updated the backend recently and it may be having some difficulties now and again. If it is we'll make sure to fix it and then I'll look to see if I can't make it retroactively give any stuff it missed. Alternatively, sometimes it can get stuck and then it will silently fix itself in the background due to the servers not responding in time etc. Generally speaking, it does tend to remember and fix things - it can take a while.
But I'll still make sure to check into it!
I want to buy the supporter bundles but they are extremely expensive though.
Each one of them is approximately 50TL which for people from Turkey it is like paying 50 dollars for a bundle.
Please make it like 18-20TL so we can buy those supporter packs again.
New Zealand is in lockdown at the moment and that has delayed the marketing/tradeability side of things for a bit longer. Will still be soon though!
