What is Depth?
Depth is a First Person Shooter / Third Person Sharker by Digital Confectioners. At 4 Divers vs 2 Sharks, Depth is an asymmetrical multiplayer centered around eliminating your opponent and the diver's robot companion S.T.E.V.E. Depth Official Website[www.depthgame.com]

Divers start with very little, and must purchase weapons and items with cash earned by collecting treasure in the map. Diver gear ranges from flares to harpoon guns with a whole lot in-between! It’s the divers’ job to escort S.T.E.V.E ('S'ubmersible 'T'reasure 'E'xtraction 'VE'hicle) to unlock each safe, cash in gold to him, and return to the boat.

Sharks are fast and dangerous. Evolutions are upgrades for the shark which can be purchased throughout each game. The shark starts with 10 evolution points and gains 10 more for each kill on an enemy diver. Evolutions vary in effect from smashing through the environment more effectively, to rapidly regenerating health after kills. Does Depth have co-op and singleplayer support?
Depth has AI support for both teams and is playable in offline mode. You can also team up with friends to play co-op vs AI on our dedicated servers.

What platforms is Depth available on?
Depth is only available on Windows/Steam.

Will Depth continue to receive updates / patches?
After 3 years, Depth is still receiving frequent updates, and will continue to be updated for the foreseeable future. Free content may contain new sharks, weapons, maps, and events. We also take the community’s ideas and thoughts on balance into consideration with each update.

VR Support?
Depth does not support VR, and it is not currently planned at this time.

Are there Steam... Achievements / Stats / Leaderboards / Trading Cards / Emoticons / Profile Backgrounds?

I found someone cheating/griefing/toxic, what should I do?
We do not tolerate cheaters. Depth is VAC secured, but any cheater that isn’t immediately taken care of by VAC can be reported (with video evidence) to [e-mail], and we will permanently ban them from matchmaking if they are truly cheating. Griefing in matchmade games includes, but is not limited to: Not playing, team killing, throwing, and feeding. Anyone that is reported griefing may receive a temporary matchmaking ban after we review the evidence.

Toxicity isn’t something we encourage. Anyone that is reported to have extremely toxic behavior may receive a temporary matchmaking ban after we review the evidence.

I like underwater games very much, the store page says this game has no controller support so it wont work on modern computers. Is the store page wrong or will controller support be added?

At this time proper support for controllers does not exist. We're currently evaluating this as a feature to be added.

But if you use a controller you will be at a serious disadvantage to those using a keyboard and mouse :P Unless you're referring to offline play?

Assuming Steam allows us, we'll have pre-loading closer to release. If you mean when can you play, we'll be running a beta event before launch (TBD) near the end of the month. More details on that to come.

Eh, there's always the bootcamp option, which while not preferable is doable.
