Spoopy Bones Mini-update!
Patching Status: Patch is live!

The Spoopy Bones mini-update makes Blood and Gold extra spoopy, with tasty candy treasure and ghost S.T.E.V.E.! Full changelog available below.

Changelog:
This includes the major changes since the last update (minor bugfixes and changes are not included)

Balance

  • Halved the amount of free medkits that spawn. making them randomly placed among the available ammo spots.
  • Harpoon reload time from 1.3s to 1.5s
  • VolleyJet reload time from 2.66s to 2.3s
  • ADS Price from $3000 to $3300
  • Bleed from Weapons: Clears ten times faster when not moving
  • Temple available treasure decreased a little
  • Devil's Head treasure around first floor decreased a little
  • Temple: Increased safe 1 amount by 300 to boost help boost divers at start
  • Temple: Added a large boulder (in front), and three large stalactites (in back) for more cover
  • Temple: Increased time spent at safe 1, a little
  • Temple: Between Safes 1 and 2, Turned the upwards facing static mesh stalactites to be breakables. Added a bunch more of them, and stiffened the stalactite breakables (three hits to destroy) so that they can be used as viable cover for the journey
  • Temple: Decreased time steve spends at safe 2, a good amount
  • Temple: Safe 2, Added a more definite nook for divers to nestle into. Moved steve safe into the nook a little. Added some cover to the nook.
  • Temple: Safe 2, Updated platform/scaffolding to be a little more intuitive. Easier to defend steve safe and while being up on top of platform
  • Temple: Safe 3. Increased time steve stays at safe 3, a little
  • Temple: Safe 4, reduced safe gold to compensate for the boost at safe 1
  • Temple: Safe 4, Increased time S.T.E.V.E. stays at safe 4
  • Temple: Safe 4: Added a few more breakable walls to close in the ruins more
  • Temple: Safe 4, stiffened the breakable, brick-like windows more, to help slow down the sharks and protect the divers
  • Temple: Safe 4, added a couple small columns to the top of the structure for divers who dare to make the trip to the top
  • Temple: General, Fixed a breakable ceiling and floor mesh which were not showing their glowey "break me!" material

UI

  • 'Supply Container Icons' now sort correctly ,and do not overlap one another. They scale in size and opacity based on Distance from the camera

Content

  • Added Halloween Mode (Costumed S.T.E.V.E. and candy themed treasure)
  • Halloween Mode: S.T.E.V.E. carries around a jack-o-lantern candy bucket
  • Halloween Mode: S.T.E.V.E. gives off a jellybean trail
  • Halloween Mode: "?Season=Halloween" Can be added to server.bat to enable Halloween Mode
  • Night Vision Scope: Adjusted Brightness

Sound

  • Added 'Ammo refill' sounds
  • Added dynamic looping ambiance to Temple, increased overall Wwise mix by 1dB
  • Mix changes on Antiguo, Cove and Temple. Game is slightly louder overall by 2dB
  • Increased gain of breakables and Weapon Impacts Materials by 2dB
  • Added speaker spread to breakable to reduce hard panning at 1st person location
  • Level balances of looping tones and stingers. (General, Hillside, Devil's Head, Temple, Galleon)
  • Reduced volume and frequency of stingers on Galleon, increased radius of interior ambient boat tone.
  • Reduced some of the low frequency content in the Temple Stingers, attenuated the Temple ambient Stingers volume.
  • Added Cinematic impact sound if first grab of the game is from a shark attacking behind you
  • Reduced the volume and high frequency content of SteveWinch motor and Magnet Release SFX.

its not even downloading for me, in game it says that the game version is out of date but no update available...

Sorry Broconut asked for this in the Bata surprised it made it in must have already been in the works with so many maps now getting extra gold form the first safe it was probably needed getting the ADS by the second safe was a bit much little own getting it before the first safe opens.

Oh, I totally agree it needed a price increase. It just makes me sad that I can't get a crazy OP gun with tagging immediately xD

Thanks for the update devs! Im still hoping for some halloween themed diver skins to buy though.

Hopefully before the next patch we can use the beta test feature for a longer period of time first though? I didnt even get to try it out this time.

If you're going to increase the price of the ADS by 10% how about lowering Hammerhead's total health by 10% too?
