wont let me open treasure boxes

As title says. Its says i have 2 unopened treasure i click open but nothing happens.

Hey everyone, so sorry for the inconvenience! This appears to be a visual issue with treasures acquired from end of game drops, and as stated above restarting Depth will fix the issue. We will hopefully have a fix out for this soon!

I had 3 after gaining 2 from a few games, restarted and only had one to open, restarted again and still nothing, did I get jacked out of my 2nd crate

Hmm well I had 6 chests and restarted Depth. Ended up with 1 after restarting, shouldn't it have been 3?

Are we are suppose to be getting a treasure chest per match or is that part of the visual issue.

Ok I just tested it. Only proper work around is claiming the fake chest after every drop and restarting depth to claim the actual chest. If you wait and stack chests and then restart you will loose chests.

Hey BabyCat i did like you suggested restarted Depth
the unopened crate count from 3 reduced to 2
but i got absolutely nothing

those 3 crates were a glitch and i actually had 2 or that 1 crate got lost in the glitch void while i tried to open it? :(

You received the correct number of treasures, however as a visual issue we definitely understand the confusion and frustration. We'll be working on fixing this visual issue as soon as we can. So sorry for the confusion!
