Yes but you know it's very limited :) It would be great if the model could play any motion when it's not tracking.
facerig is a "face tracking animation system" so if you are not tracking something, he didnt animate. Its the goal of the software

I know very well the purpose of Facerig, but this is an idea for a feature that does not hurt to add.
I got plenty of requests if the model can play some animation when the person is away from PC. This is particularly good addition for streamers.

2d and 3d avatars are based on different animation systems, 2d are rendered and animated by the Live2D technology we have integrated, while the 3d are rendered and animated by FaceRig's 3rd party proprietary rendering engine. Both technologies are brought together with a fairly common interface, as far as you, the end user, are concerned, but there are bound to be differences.

In any case, we are reviewing the possibility of adding the loop animation, although I cannot estimate when will the feature be available right now.

thanks for the reply. currently we can activate the .mtn files by using the trigger special anim but it cannot be loop. i hope the dev can maybe figure out how to toggle loop for the .mtn files after pressing the key?
If anything I rather have the dev focus on Cubism 3.0 support first then all this suggestions may follow after that :D
