Guild Wars 2: Charr Avatar [CCollab]

So I really want a Charr Avatar for Facerig. A Charr is a playable race from the MMORPG Guild Wars 2. I ripped and T-Posed a Charr from GW2, but I have zero experience in facerigging.
It would be great if someone can help out with the facerigs to finalize this avatar.

I will try to rig the face myself, but the process will be accelerated if the community helps out. You can help out rigging hands, shoulders, arms, face or upper body.
