起動できません

Face Rigをインストールし、Steamから起動しても初回セットアップをするだけでランチャーの方も起動しません。エラーメッセージも出ずなにが原因なのかよくわかりません。再インストールも試しましたが駄目でした。どうすればよいでしょうか？

Hello, I can't say from the start what the problem might be. Can you let me know what the error message was saying? Perhaps FaceRig wasn't installed properly because your Antivirus is blocking its installation, so try and put FaceRig on your Antivirus' exception list and launch FaceRig again.

返信ありがとうございます。
アンチウィルスソフトの例外に追加後、再インストールしましたが治りませんでした。
また、ファイルの接合性をチェックしましたが問題ありませんでした。
エラーメッセージは表示されませんでした。
SteamからFaceRigを起動すると初回セットアップ後に稼働中→同期中と表示された後、エラーメッセージの表示がされず、FaceRigの起動もせず動作が終了してしまいます。
環境が悪いのでしょうか？

I don't know what the cause of this issue could be; go to Steam\steamapps\common\FaceRig\Bin and launch the FaceRig.exe file with administrator rights. Let me know if there's any error that pops up once you do that.

管理者権限で実行したところ「d3dx11_43.dllとd3dx9_43.dllが見つからないため、コードの実行を実行できません。プログラムを再インストールすると、この問題が解決する可能性があります。」とエラーメッセージが出てきました。なので再インストールしましたが問題が解決されませんでした。

Those .dll files are installed with DirectX, so go to Steam\steamapps\common\FaceRig\_CommonRedist\DirectX\Jun2010 and install the file you'll find there (DXSETUP). Let me know how it goes.

Thank you. The problem was solved!
I installed the FaceRig under file which named by Japanese. Maybe it was the cause of this problem.
