hi there. did you install any middleware for kinect in order to make it work on skype? kinect can be made to work as a regular webcam on a pc by installing some middleware that add directshow filters for it. i managed to make it work with a thing called "OpenNI virtual cam" but it is quite buggy.
Facerig does not directly support kinect (with depth sensor and all; as well as other depth sensor cameras) but you can find hacks on the web that allow kinect to work as a regular webcam (for skype, etc) but these can`t be guaranteed to work well.
could you also send us a screenshot with the skype feed you are getting from facerig?
How do u make it work with the OpenNI Virtual Cam?
to install openNi virtual cam you can follow the instructions here: link [falahati.net]. but as I said above it is buggy and does not work that well
