Report a translation problem
Also, could you upload the following files to pastebin and link them here:
VP.log (<steam folder>/steamapps/common/facerig/VP.log)
installscript_log.txt (<steam folder>/logs/installscript_log.txt)
dxdiag info (press windows-key + R, type in dxdiag, enter, wait for it to finish then save and copy the contents of that file)
Couldn't figure out how to do the DirectX Diagnose thing though.
enter "dxdiag" (without the quotes)
wait for the green bar in the bottom to finish
Press save (the fourth button) and save it somewhere
Then open that file with notepad and copy and paste it to pastebin.
There's the problem, you have iWebcamera installed.
That camera crashes FaceRig and is on the not-supported list:

An alternative for iWebCamera that DOES work (and is free) is the "Kinoni EpocCam app[www.kinoni.com]"
You'll have to completely uninstall iWebCamera for FaceRig to work and either use that Kinoni app, another app or an actual webcam.
