Black Screen webcam bug/error (solved) SJ4000

Hello!

Yesterday I was using Facerig without problem, but then later that day, the webcam like... didn't work, it was all black like it wasn't turned on, but it was. So I was messing around with it, plugging in and out, checking stuff on the internet, setting everything back to default.

After 20 minutes, changing resolution solved my error, like the webcam suddenly turned on, that I figured out. You might have to change resolution more than once if you have the same issue.

You can do that in: Advanced UI - (on the right)Advanced Tracking Configuration - Input device/resolution.

Just writing this if someone else is using and SJ4000 as webcam(170 deg angle) could have this issue too and might have an easier time finding this on google.

However what you have described is known behavior for webcams which can't handle a certain resolution.

Oh ok, thanks :D but it was working before on the same high resolution, I just had to switch off-on back to it
