Also here is a guide of how to set up FaceRig with OBS in case it offers new info:

My suggestion is to switch to DX11 (from the Launcher) and see if the issue persists. The issue may persist, and then you'll have to find another solution, like having the game you'd like to broadcast in fullscreen windowed mode.
Could you provide dxdiag info and VP.log? Follow this thread to learn where to find the info and post it here: http://steamcommunity.com/app/274920/discussions/2/34096318703798146/
Whilst looking through DxDiag, I noticed it claimed a FaceRig Virtual Camera driver version of 1.0.0.0 despite v1.0.1.1000 being in Programs & Features. I tried right-clicking and updating it from within Device Manager and it installed v15.59.59.35 from Adoriasoft LLC and now FaceRig works again within OBS Studio and continues to work with a full screen game running!
So my issues are the same as above, whilst in my control panel it shows the virtual cam as V1.0.1.1000, yet if I got to Device Manager and check its properties there it shows as V1.0.0.0 , unlike the OP mine will not update.
Run "sysdm.cpl" to open the System Properties Control Panel applet. Then click the Hardware tab, then "Device Installation Settings" and select "Yes" in there. See if that makes any difference when you search for a new driver update.
