FACERIG WONT OPEN HELP PLZ

I recently bought facerig and I can't even open the app I need some help I want to implement it in my youtube videos I bought it for 15 dollars and would love to be able to use it.

PLEASE HELP I BOUGHT THIS AND IT WONT OPEN

I just bought facerig and I dowloaded it. I try to open it and it doesn't open. I tried dowloading a pc game to see if that worked and it did. It's just facerig I need some help. Really wanting to implement this game into my youtube videos.

Please follow the following steps:
1. Restart your PC (use the restart / reboot option, not the shut-down option)
2. Make sure that the following two folders are excluded from your anti-virus scans:
<steam install directory>\steamapps\common\facerig
<steam install directory>\steamapps\downloading
3. If Steam auto-opened, close it, then when it is closed, right-click the steam icon and select "run as administrator"
4. Right-click facerig in the list, properties, local files, verify integrity.
5. Try Launching FaceRig again.
6. If it still doesn't launch, try the "skip launcher (troubleshooting)" option that you get after pressing play within steam.

If it STILL doesn't launch, please take a look at the thread below on how to find and how you should post (aka pastebin) the VP.log, dxdiag info and installscript_log.txt

What happens if you use the skip launcher option?
What happens if you try to launch from the facerig.exe itself in the steamapps/common/facerig folder?
Are there any VP.log or installscript_log.txt files available?

Also do note that timezones are an issue here, the devs and mods are from europe, and those last 2 messages where both send after midnight local time for us, which is why there is some delay with responses at times.

when I skip the launcher option it says opening steam for first time dowload 1/1 then closes.
If I try to launch from facerig.exe itself the error it gives me is hte program can't start because MSVCR120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. I reinstalled, and it's not working but maybe I did it wrong? I'm not very good with this type of stuff. I also could not find any CP.log or installscript_log.txt files under the files in facerig. I appreciate all your help and no problem on being at different timezones I can wait :) Just really want to use this product.

As mentioned in the post above, the installscript is found in the steam install folder, not the facerig folder.

That said, that error does help, it means that part of the pre-requisites didn't install correctly.

You'll have to manually re-install them by going to
steamapps/common/facerig/_CommonRedist/vcredist/2013 and re-install the vcredist_x64.exe from there. If that doesn't work try also installing the x86, and if THAT doesn't work, try the other "years" too.

If that still doesn't help or it gives an error we do have another, less elegant method to get it fixed, but let's first try this.
