Is there a way to turn of idle animation?
I usually use Machy Optimised and I was wondering if there is a way do disable the constant default movement? I find the head bobbing does sometimes interfere with subtler expressions.

Right now no, but we do plan to add in a slider for the "idle animation strength" so you can fine tune exactly how much of it you want visible :). It was initially requested for Ardalys the dragon :). It may not make it in the 1.0 update, but it will most likely be there for the 1.1 update :).

Is this in yet? (I had a look but I am not very familar with the program yet) I want to zoom in on the dragons face but it is way to frustrating with him bobbing his head out of frame every 2 seconds

Hi,

There is no option to stop the idle animation and if you want to zoom in the dragons face, make a replay with the tracker turned off, then simply zoom in in a 3rd party editing software.

Hi, sorry for opening an old thread again, but I wanted to check if this feature is now in FaceRig? An option to disable idle animations. I'm looking at maybe using FaceRig Studio in the future, and since I already own FaceRig, I thought I would test what it would look like in this version.

Thanks in advance for your reply. And good job with the tool, it does look very powerful, and very well made.

There is a slider in the settings to determine the idle animation, which does include turning it off:
Advanced UI, Avatars, Behavior Tab, Idle Movement weight:
Right is default / max, Left is minimum / none
