Beard Compatability

I have a sexy full face beard (about 4 inches) and any factial recongintion software I have used in the past has not recognised my face as a face. Is this software compatable with my sexy beard?

As long as your mouth is somewhat visible, it should be great :D Additionally, we have audio-based lipsync that will enhance your experience :)

Well, the new Steam refund policy is at least as sexy as your sexy beard :).
You can get the program , do a test run and if it does not get along well enough with your sexy beard you can return it and ask for a refund :).

Please make sure you have decent lighting (going though the screenshot section we see plenty of users running facerig in almost pitch black conditions, or in super-overly bright conditions and/or using on super noisy image sensors :). Just use common sense: image-based tracking quality does depend a lot on the quality of the input image feed :)

Okay, it's me the Facerig doesn't like. My 8 year son, it loves. It's working. I just need to grab my grandson's face to set it. LoL!

I do have a white chin beard. Maybe a little trim away from the mouth would help.

I have a full beard, though it is grey these days, I can set this with no problem with my Logitech cam. (PC tower)

I have issues with my facial hair as well, it sometimes views my goatee and moustache as my mouth hole, so the avatar frequently just sits there with it's mouth open, but switching to sound based lipsync seems to clear it up.

Last time I tried FaceRig, it works very poorly for me. I have a 5-6 inch beard, but I think more importantly, a full 3-4 inch mustache that does slightly obscure my lips. The audio-based lip sync was very mehh compared to what it can do when it fully sees your mouth. I do wish I could refund it but I didn't use it until months after I purchased it.
