<steam install folder>\steamapps\common\FaceRig\Bin\prerequisites\FaceVirtualCamDriver
There install the .exe file for your system, but be sure that all webcam-using programs, so facerig, OBS, skype, discord, internet-browsers, etc. etc. etc. are CLOSED before installing + that you restart the PC after installing.
You just have to navigate to the partition on which you installed FaceRig then, from there, go to Steam > steamapps > common > FaceRig > Bin > prerequisites > FaceVirtualCamDriver and install the .exe file that matches your Windows (7, 8 or 10).

What am i doing wrong?
Sometimes you have to then click on facerigs window (or game or whatever you're capturing) to make sure it's selected, then it may show the video a second or 2 later in OBS.
Also right click the tab for the facerig capture under 'Sources', select properties, and then click the activate\deactivate button. I've found some 'webcams' including FR, won't load if you do not do this.
And finally make sure you have 'TOGGLE BROADCAST' ON in facerig itself. If that is off FR won't output to anyother software.
I'd also recommend making sure you have all software not neccesary shut down.
I've had some random programs that don't even use webcams hijack the feed so OBS couldn't use it.
Once you have FR running in OBS, then you can load up any other software you need.
But it does work, here's a stream I did last night on Twitch with it.

Also while the devs tell you to install the virtual cam drivers from FaceRigs install location. I'd suggest making sure you also install webmdshow.exe and opencodecs_0.85.17777
Recently had one of the developers tell me FaceRig installs everything it needs, but that's a load of crap.
(Confirmed by them telling everyone to install them on these forums a lot)
Every time I reinstall facerig it doesn't work with other software until I manually install all of those.
