Free avatars-Avares gratuitos (question for developers)

I bought this APP some time ago, for me and for my wife, in both accounts we have all DLC, but in the account of my wife in the steam app are missing some free avatars, even having add them in 2021. And being shown as acquired in her account, but not in steam app.
My question is :
If i remove the free avatars for try to add them again, is possible?

Compré esta APP hace un tiempo, para mí y para mi esposa, en ambas cuentas tenemos todos los DLC, pero en la cuenta de mi esposa en la aplicación de Steam faltan algunos avatares gratuitos, incluso habiéndolos agregado en 2021. Y se muestran como adquiridos en su cuenta, pero no en la aplicación de Steam.
Mi pregunta es :
Si elimino los avatares gratuitos para intentar agregarlos nuevamente, ¿es posible?

Hello! If I understand your question correctly, what happened here is that you both downloaded the DLCs, but the DLC avatars are not present in FaceRig for your wife, yes? If that is the case, I think what's going on here is that the DLCs weren't installed.

Go to the Steam app > right click on FaceRig > Properties > DLC and scroll through the list of purchased / downloaded DLCs. Check the boxes for every DLC so that Steam will install them rather than just keep them in your library.
