Using copyright characters on streams

Is there anyone who has used or continues to use original characters like Hatsune Miko, Kizuna AI or Rem(from Re:Zero) on their streams(from workshop), have you received any complaints for using these characters on your YouTube or Twitch streams (preferably YouTube). They just told me that in order to use these characters, you need permission from the main authors, or from the author of the avatar, but you never know who uses these characters as their avatars on streams and for this they will not get anything, I would like to know if there is someone here similar, because I would also like to use several characters that have their own authors on my streams.

Oh thank you, now i know it's too risky using copyright character, but this VTuber after he get banned using new original avatar, it's not a character fron manga or anime?
