I want to use my hands. How?

Can someone point me, pretty please, in the right direction of everything I would need in order to start using my hands with my facerig. Which camera, and I have the artist that could set it all up.. but is a certain type of camera all I need? Or is there more?

Leap Motion is all you need for hand tracking :) I have one and it really shines on 3D avatars, a bit quirky but works better than trying to pose the avatars hands manually.
