If for some reason you still can't get it to work, then I might suggest that when you want to force Windows to only use your default webcam, then you could go to your Windows Device Manager and under the Imaging Devices you could try to temporarily choose to Disable the Facerig Virtual Camera (right-click on it then choose Disable) while leaving your default webcam still active. Then when you want to again use Facerig, choose to Enable the Facerig Virtual Camera from the device manager in the same way (of course by choosing the Enable option).
Good luck. :)
This usually makes the real camera the default once more.
