Eyebrow twitching

so I have this issue where the eyebrows of my characters dramatically changes when I just normally blink my eyes.
I turned the webcam on, the one that shows tracking points,idk what it's called. and I saw they were being tracked perfectly, all the tracking dots of my eyebrows are on the right place and they barely moves when I blink, yet the eyebrow of my character keeps twitching from time to time.

Hello, switch to the Advanced UI, then go to "Advanced Tracking Configuration" > "Expression Units". There change to the "Eyes" tab and scroll down for "Right Eyebrow Exterior" and "Right Eyebrow Interior". You'll see that next to the "Input Interval" there are two green bars which you can move and change in size. Tweak the two bars so that the gray line will not pass over the green zone all the way to the right. Do the same for the left eyebrow as well. However, note that you have to carefully tweak these options because the eyebrows will no longer be as sensible to your own eyebrows movements as before and so they will no longer rise smoothly or visibly.
