Hello, I assume that you are trying to convert a .vrm extension avatar into a .dae extension avatar to import it into FaceRig, right? Avatars have to be created in accordance to our documentation (and imported with our Import Wizard that requires a certain hierarchy in the folders) that you can find here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9A2HzJCWwFWYnN6SFRPbW1mRWM/view?usp=sharing

Just wondering, have you guys thought about simplify the whole process to average user friendly level? I mean a whooping 35 pages guide, that's really a lot of stuff to read and it's quite advanced for beginners. I'm one of the original backer on Indiegogo and the Workshop is currently flooded with lots of Live2D models, although high quality, isn't the reason I backed this software, but the 3D models.

One more question, is there a Discord server for users to join?

There isn't, but we'll create one since more users have asked this.
