Report a translation problem
- make sure that your webcam drivers are up to date
- make sure that no other program is using your webcam feed
- select a different resolution for you webcam, try out different values, because sometimes the drivers are faulty and work only on a subset of resolutions.
- your physical webcam is not properly initialized, you will need to switch to Advanced Ui Advanced tracking configuration and select your webcam
If you still encounter the same problem, send us the VP.log and dxdiag info so we can further investigate the problem at the following address: info[at]facerig[dot]com. You can find the VP.log here: <steamInstallDir>\steamapps\common\FaceRig\.
To get the dxdiag info, press Windows key + R, type "dxdiag", hit return and let it run, then save all of the information in a .txt file and sent it to us at the same e-mail address.
