Parallels on Mac
I'm using facerig with Parallels at Catalina.
So there is a problem with Live2D 3 and later models.
The error is this
"This program requires least OpenGL 2.0 your video hardware dose not support OpenGL2.0.
Please update your driver or change your video card "

If you are lucky, the model will appear, but the model will turn white.
Is there any solution?

I have not used virtual machines to run FaceRig on Mac (actually, we haven't), but I think the error might appear because of that. What kind of graphics card do you have on your Mac? The error message comprises the cause: the graphics card might not support OpenGL 2.0 altogether, or its drivers might need updating.

You might almost always encounter issues when running FaceRig on Mac, since it wasn't developed for that platform.

I use iMac comes with Radeon Pro 570 4 GB

I tried several OpenGL updates and graphic card updates, but it was not possible.
There is no environment that can be reproduced. If it is ‪Live2D‬ SDK 2.1, there is no problem.
‪Live2D‬ also official Newly added items will not appear.

Send a VP.log to us at info[@]facerig[.]com and we'll investigate the issue. You'll find the VP.log in Steam\steamapps\common\FaceRig (take it just after you experience the issue).

Mention this Steam thread in your e-mail so I know to whom the log belongs.

I sent VP.log by e-mail.
I don't think I got it. I've browsed the latest received mails but I can't see any that addresses this issue.
