using FaceRig Pro to stream via Nvidia GeForce Experience

Hey,
I recently purchased the facerig pro version and i would have liked to use it on my ocasional streams.
It works fine with skype and such but i can't seem to be able to integrate it in my stream via the Nvidia GeForce Experience application.
Are there any integration issues with nvidia's application?

*Note, i don't have an issue of a black box appearing or anything as such, the tracking works fine in the facerig application but on stream it doesnt show anything

Hope I understand the situation: you are trying to use FaceRig rendered feed in the nVidia Game Stream (GeForce Experience app) through the FaceRig Virtual Camera as facecam.

I've just installed the GeForce Experience and tried streaming, although there is no option of changing the facecam at all. I hope I'm missing some hidden option, if so, please enlighten me.

In other words, if changing the camera source in GeForce Experience is the issue, as in, there is no option, it's better to ping the geforce forums.

FaceRig's virtual device works with any software that uses and lets the user select webcams as video sources, it doesn't require any additional integration.

One thing you COULD try, is to trick nVidea into thinking the facerig webcam is the only webcam by going into Device Management (instructions[www.lifewire.com]) and temporarily disabling all non-facerig webcams (found under imaging devices), starting nVidea, enabling the webcam(s) again, starting facerig.

Possibly / hopefully, after that, it will "stick" to that camera, so next time you start it up, it should just get that one.
If it doesn't work, try a reboot of the PC between the disabling of the webcams and the starting of nVidea.

Do note:
a) I have not tried this myself, just an idea that might work
b) It is all at your own risk, if you don't know what you are doing with the above, don't do it / have someone who does know it do it for you.
c) I hope you have fun with FaceRig still :)

thank you both for the replies, it might be worth it to ask nvidia to further extend the settings of nvidia geforce experience, if i try the disable thing, ill post here wether it worked or not, my guess is it won't work because disabling the main webcam will affect facerig as it will not find a camera enabled for itself to work properly :D

That is why you enable it again before starting facerig but after nVidea has already "captured" the facerig virtual camera.
In nVidea you might see either a black box or a facerig offline screen while facerig itself is offline, but hopefully after launching facerig that changes into your avatar.
