Tried Your game, sorry to say it's very flat, and really not much to do here. Can't imagine that there could be enough diverse activities to make a player stay longer :(
I have noted all of your suggestions. Optimization is prioritized right now.
The radius adds complexity to the game, and it actually makes it easier to manage as you know which tables will be served. Imagine how chaotic it'd be as you expand and they try to cook for guests 20 tables away.
And yeah, different types of employees for different rooms makes sense. Why would you have only one type of employee when they're in charge of different jobs? Imagine trying to find a particular cleaner when you have 50+ employees on the floor. If they followed your advice a lot of people would complain how tedious and un-optimized it is lol.
I just found your comment a bit harsh for an early access game with a small team of active developers who are very open and responsive to their player base.
- Tips should be collected automatically at the end of each day, though maybe with a loss of 20 to 50 % to still have an incentive to collect it manually.
- It would be nice to have the option to move whole bedrooms or at least change the position of the doors.
- The balance part of the statistics should be selected by default. Additionally, i'd like to look at the detailed income of past days (i can't move the scrollbar without the selection instantly jumping back to todays balance). A summary of the total earnings, sorted by food, drinks, bedrooms, etc. would be nice as well.
- Maybe add restrooms?
- The decorations should have some impact. Like adding an additional second to the nearby guests patience.
- Needing some kind of game master to tidy up/repair games would make sense.
- Or needing a handyman because of general wear and tear of tables/bars (plus beds and kitchen stuff in some kind of hard mode).
- Add a hard mode.
- Rename the cellar to storage room.
I definitely agree on the tips. Definitely would be nice to have them all collected at the end of the day, and maybe have an option in the menu for a fee for collection in case players want variation in difficulty and complexity.
I also found it confusing the the decorations do nothing for customers like the fireplaces and bedroom cabinets do. Decor should add to guest satisfaction for sure.
A handyman with wear/tear option would be a good addition as well, though I would definitely like to see the other stuff above before that comes along. :)
I’ve noted down all your suggestions. We will definitely take them into consideration.
