What I liked:

Visuals are quite pleasing for a boomer shooter enjoyer=)
I also like variety within maps: they feel like actual locations with different paths, buildings and such.
Some people mentioned bad humor, but to me it's almost exactly perfect: the archetypical characters, like a luckbox-noob overconfident main hero, who thinks he's hot stuff or clueless teenage ninja-cheerleader-assassin from anime.
The moaning sorceress giving "yes, mommy" vibes too lol.

What, it seems, needs improvements:

The game goes for blood vibes, but you can only shoot with 1 weaopon? What is it, realism? You HAVE to add a possibility to shoot from both hands. It can be done via powerup, or, much better, by default. The problem atm is that you have zero incentives to upgrade more than 1 weapon. Also probably not enough time to do that. With 2 weapons melee might actually become viable. I could shoot pigs with shotgun and kick them with my powerful boot some decades ago and I think there is no reason to abandon that tradition :)

Gameplay is actually rather boring. It's cool to make a few runs but it gets stale really fast. I think it's because you can only use 1 weapon and there are no synergies between them. Introducing interactions between different weapons will give players incentives to upgrade several of them at once and the potential amount of additional interactions to explore might bring excitement to keep playing. It took me 8 hours to 100% everything and it seems criminally low. Ofc, a lot of additional content is to come, I presume, but still, it seems like I've seen everything already, and the monotonous experience doesn't encourage to play more.

Enemy variety is actually not that high. They look differently, but you treat them mostly the same. Introducing flying enemies, some enemies who force you to move differently because of attack patterns, or are high priority targets, because they greatly buff mobs or yoink you scorpion style - a lot of potential stuff. That would also bring more to think of and react to, which makes runs more engaging.

Weapons deal too low of a damage in proportion to enemies' hp, so everything feels bullet spongy. Oneshotting is probably not a way to go either, but I never feel powerful, even maxxed out. Temporary damage pickup helps, but even then it doesn't feel impactful enough. It doesn't last long, so why just not give us quad damage or something and go completely br-r-r for a short time?

Another way do spice gameplay might be adding challenges which require some specific playstyle, which you wouldn't normally choose. It also has to be fun, which is a tricky part. I like 100% games and I've seen a bunch of so called challenges, which sure do make you play differently, but are are not fun at all, but if done correctly, forces a player to explore parts of a game, which they otherwise might miss and actually enjoy the process.

Obviously, I don't know what is devs' vision for the game, but for my taste, a lot needs to be done. Simply adding more maps, heroes, weapons etc, aka content, won't make the cut. I think something must be done with weapons and their interactions. There is a first person vampire survivor game Vampire Hunters and there are, it seems, similar problems
there (haven't played yet, just read the reviews): the gameplay is too monotonous, no synergies or variety in playstyle. You do shoot from a bunch of guns at once, though, and, although THAT amount would be an overkill, giving players at least two won't break the flavor of the game imo, while promoting replayability and variety if synergies are added.

Also, more flavor in obvious spots. We earn money? Fine as placeholders, but call them something better, like coins, silver, gold, rupees or whatever.

Despite all that, the game is cool and can become great with due adjustments. Looking forward to further developments! GL ;)

Thank you so much for the feedback!

During Early Access, we plan to add more maps, characters, and abilities/weapons. We also going to involve the community to see what you are interested in seeing.
