Bug feedback
Hi all,

To try and get a better grip on bug reporting, we have recently made a google form to fill out.

If I try to run it, all I see if the unreal engine and 8-bit then the screen goes black.

Hi Midguard,

Seems that your PC isn't able to run the game menu on current version. Could you please post your PC specs so we can check where the problem is?

Yeah, you PC specs don´t match our system requirements in current version of Skara. Next build will come with an important optimization patch so I´m quite sure it will work for you then.

Bought about $5 worth of Karats, steam authorized the purchase, Karats didn't get transferred to the account. Any way to fix this?

That is weird and the first time it happens. Could you please tell me your Skara username or display name? I'll check it right now and get that problem fixed today. Sorry about any inconvenience.

Skara name is "Zorgoniton". If you need the steam purchase recipt, I'd be able to show you. Also, every once in a while the AI will bug out and become invincible to attack, only able to take damage from the environment.

Ok, it should be fixed now, let me know if the karats have been tranferred to your account. Also, if you remember anything weird from the Steam transaction please let me know - we want to hunt this bug and make sure this doesn't happen again.

Fixed, thanks. I've done two transactions so far, first one worked, second one didn't. The first one popped up with an error on validation in steam, but still delivered Karats to my account. The second transation didn't have any validation error, but didn't deliver anything. Is that enough information?

Another thing that I noticed that a bunch of people are having problems with is problems with the framerate, is this something that's also being addressed?

Also found another bug. Clicking on the "Medals" tab sometimes crashes the client. Seems to crash after clicking on Medals after playing a match.

Yes, both problems are being addressed as we speak. The UI problem when the game crashes navigating through the Warlog pages will be fixed in next build. The framerate problem is trickier: we are adding more options for people to configure graphical settnig and choose what is best for each Pc specs.

Also, we are working hard to optimize VFX and particles and the way they react to lighting and environment. That will minimize the problem but we still can't promise that every now and then a frame drop can happen when a lot of players are fighting and launching skills in the same spot.
